Finally some good news for Ford. Ford has announced that it will be adding 1,000 workers to it’s Dearborn F-150 Plant in January predicting that truck sales will increase enough to warrant the new jobs. The jobs will mostly be filled with those workers who were laid off earlier this year at many Ford plants when Ford cut production.

Ford will market the 2009 Ford F-150 directly to work buyers claiming that the market is all but gone for those who buy trucks but never haul or tow anything.
